Obituary of Linda Elizabeth Eyers

ELGIN-Linda Elizabeth Long Eyers, 74, passed away on April 13, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Fred S Long and Ruby Lee Long and was the wife of the late Kendall Eyers.  Linda is survived by her two sons, Kevin Eyers (Debbie) of Blythewood; and Brian Eyers (Naomi) of Elgin; and her grandchildren, Blake Eyers, Kendall Eyers, Amber Eyers and Taylor Perry.

    She was of Independent Baptist Faith, and she devoted her life to her husband and children.

Linda was preceded in death by her siblings Fred S Long III, Bobby L Long and Nancey Marie Donahue.  Linda was a very loving person and she loved caring for others.  She was a great friend to all that knew her, and she will be greatly missed.

A celebration of life gathering will be held Wednesday, April 19 from 2-4 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home.
