Obituary of John Willie Martin

John Willie Martin, 67, of Lugoff, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. Born in Darlington, SC, he was the son of the late John and Margaret James Martin. John Willie was a hard worker and was employed with Davis Disposal for over 30 years. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend.

He is survived by his siblings, Robert Martin (Roslyn), Larry Martin (Sheila), Mary Martin, Cindy Martin, Harold Lee Martin, David Martin (Deatrice), and Eddie Martin; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, John Willie was preceded in death by his brother, Wendell Martin.

A Celebration of Life Service will held at 11:00am on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff.
