Obituary of Chad Michael Ashley

Chad Michael Ashley, 47, of Lugoff, and formerly of Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023. Born in Houma, LA, he was the son of Charlene Marie Cocke and the late Jeffrey Thomas Ashley. Chad was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish. He loved animals, music, and anything with a motor, especially cars, dirt-bikes, boats, and ATV’s. Chad was an LSU and New Orleans Saints football fan.

In addition to his mother, Chad is survived by his sons, Cody Ashley (Melanie Bender) and Connor Thomas Dean Ashley (Kennedy Elliott); his step-father, Warren Cocke; step-mother, Carolyn Ashley; siblings, Jessica Burrows (Shane), Amy Lynn Cocke, and Warren David Cocke (Megan); grandchildren, Carter Ashley, Alyssa Price, and Zachary Price; as well as his niece and nephew, Alaina Chambers and Gage Burrows.

The family will hold a private service at a later date.
