Obituary of Jo Ann Frost Rush

Jo Ann Frost Rush, 57, of Camden, gained her angel wings on Friday, February 24, 2023. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Eugenia Frost and the wife of Wade Blackmon Rush. Jo Ann enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandsons, as well as her friends and animals.

In addition to her husband, Jo Ann is survived by her daughter, Rachel Rush of Camden; son, Thomas Rush (Samantha) of Hartsville; her grandsons, Jacob and Luke Rush, both of Hartsville; a sister, Elaine Frost Hyatt (Buddy) of Grayson, Georgia; her brothers, Rev. Alvin Rogers (Gwenn) of Hartsville and Carroll Rogers of Myrtle Beach; as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Jo Ann was preceded in death by both her paternal and maternal grandparents; and her brother, Lee Frost.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Rush will be held at 3:00pm on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Malvern Hill Baptist Church, Camden. The family will receive friends at the church an hour prior to the service, beginning at 2:00pm. Burial will be held in the church cemetery.
