LUGOFF - A memorial service for Patricia Smithart Bertram, 64, will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Baptist Church. Rev. Dr. Charles Everett will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the church. Mrs. Bertram, wife of the late Ernie Bertram, died, February 10, 2008. Born in Andalusia, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Arthur Daniel Smithart and Mary Gladys Lindsey. Her hobbies and interest included duck carving. Surviving are her daughter, Brenda F. Bertram of Lugoff; son, Robert W. (Gina) Bertram of Lugoff; sister, Norma S. Peacock of Myrtle Beach; grandchildren, Braxton L. and Samuel J. Bertram; mother-in-law, Eva Bertram; sister–in-law, Carol (Doug) Hill; 4 nieces; and 2 nephews.
