Obituary of Jose V Lebron

COLUMBIA, S.C.- Jose Vicente Lebron, 72, passed away on February 1, 2023. Born in N.Y. City on November 5, 1950, he was a son of the late Jose Antonio Lebron and Flora Lebron Gonzalez. Jose was a member of the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. He enjoyed fishing and cheering on his N.Y. Mets.

    Surviving are his siblings, Harry Walter Lebron of St. George, Carmen Lebron-Morgan of John’s Island, Annette Garcia-Lebron (Raymond Christopher) of John’s Island; a niece, Jahaira Lebron; and great-nieces and nephew, Cynthia Lebron, Samantha Cacace, Alex Rivera and Ana Rivera. He was predeceased by a nephew, Carlos Rivera.

    A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Veterans Organization of one’s choice.
