Obituary of Katie C. Watts

LUGOFF- Katie C. Watts, 70, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022. Born in Charleston, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Maxie Hopkins and Cecile Talbert Ross. Mrs. Watts loved animals and watching TV.

    Surviving are her husband, Edward L. Watts; step-children, Timothy Watts (Stephanie), Melissa Roland (Eric); step-sisters, Angela Hopkins, Ashley Hopkins; 8 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a step-son, Edward D. Watts.

    Services for Katie will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an animal shelter of one’s choice.
