Obituary of Rosa Lee Mitchell

REMBERT- A celebration of life service for Rosa Lee Mitchell, 87, will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.

    Ms. Mitchell passed away on Friday, October 07, 2022. Born in Kershaw County, she was a daughter of the late Robert Mitchell and Fealor Belton Mitchell. Ms. Mitchell was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She enjoyed shopping and cooking, and never met a stranger.

    Surviving are her sisters, Louise Mitchell of Rembert, Viola James (David) of Charlotte, N.C.; sisters-in-law, Julia Mitchell of Rembert, Anna Mitchell of Camden; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by brothers, Frederick Mitchell and Robert Mitchell, Jr.
