Obituary of Tommy Stratford

CAMDEN – Funeral service for Tommy Stratford, 64, will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Mt. Bethel Baptist Church, Rembert. The Rev. Freddie Thomas will officiate.  The family will receive friends Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. 

Mr. Stratford passed away at home on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.  Born in Camden, he was the son of Eva Mae Brisbon Stratford and the late David Stratford, Jr.  He was a painter and enjoyed riding his bike and helping others.

Surviving are his mother, Eva Mae Brisbon Stratford; son, Ushawn Davis; brothers, Pastor David Stratford (Annette) and Anthony Stratford; sister, Glenetta Joseph; and grandchildren, Mariah Davis and Justin Davis.
