Obituary of Johnny Carson Douglas

BISHOPVILLE – A time of gathering for Johnny Carson Douglas, 66, will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 3-5pm at Powers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Powers Funeral Home to help with final expenses.

Mr. Douglas passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. Born in Darlington, SC, he was the son of the late Carson Anderson Douglas and Ella Bertha Steen Douglas. He was a member of Concord United Methodist Church in Bishopville and enjoyed gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Wilson Douglas; children, Jessica Summer Mullikin, Rebecca Lauren Mullikin, and Victoria Elenor Mullikin; sisters, Gloria Morgan (Don) and Sylvia Noll; brother, Michael Douglas; and sister-in-law, Elizabeth Douglas. He was predeceased by his brother, Mitchell Douglas.
