Obituary of Ruth Sophia Kaye Roth

SURFSIDE BEACH- Services for Ruth Sophia Kaye Roth, 82, will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Oceanside Village Community Center. Services will also be livestreamed on Facebook. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Forest High School Chorus.

   Mrs. Roth passed away Friday, February 4, 2022. Born in Pittsburg, PA, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Ruth Kaye. Mrs. Roth was a member of Oasis of Hope Worship Center and the Carolina Forest Chorus. She a kind hearted and giving person who would help anyone. She enjoyed water aerobics with her Oceanside village and Tupelo ladies.  

    Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Ronald Henry Roth; children, Ruthann Leskowak (Michael), Ronald Roth (Linda), Robin Lancaster (Donald), Rhonda Tatton (Paul), Renee Roth; siblings, Paul Kaye (Arlene), Roberta Huffstetler, Marion Putaski (Rob); 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings, Walter Kaye and Bonnie Clifford.
