CAMDEN – Graveside service for Theresa Charlene Small, 63, will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in Sandy Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Mrs. Small passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014. Born in Sumter, she was the daughter of Charles Russell Garrett and the late Lois Cowen Garrett. Surviving are her son, David Taylor; daughter, Paula King (Johnny); father, Charles Garrett; sister, Barbara Strauss; 3 grandchildren, Darrell of the home, Ricky and Ian; step-grandchildren, Doug and Whit; 2 great-grandchildren, Madison and Jameson; 3 step great-grandchildren, Jackson, Layne and Addison. She was predeceased by a sister, Lois Jean Riggott.
