Obituary of Alice Laverne Davis Cook

Alice Laverne Davis Cook of Chapin S.C. was born September 17, 1940 and passed away December 12, 2021.  Born in Richland County, she was a daughter of the late Otto and Alice Smith Davis.

Surviving her is companion, Charlie “J” Jones; brothers, Otto Davis, Jr. (Brenda), Henry Davis (Carolyn) and Gary Davis (Ann); sister, Sandra Martinez (Johnny); and several nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by parents Otto and Alice Davis; and husbands, Sam Kinard and Charlie Cook.

Alice loved her family, her pet dogs and living on Lake Murry. She accepted the faith and beliefs of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
