Obituary of Ingeborg Martin

COLUMBIA – A private family service for Ingeborg Martin, 81, will be held at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

    Ms. Martin passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 surrounded by her family.  Born in Augsburg, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Johan and Elisabeth Seeger.  She retired from Kroger on Forest Drive.  She was a cherished daughter, a loving mother, a proud grandmother and an overjoyed great-grandmother “OMA”.

    Surviving are her son, Robert Seeger and his wife, Lisa Dianne; daughter, Catherine Sprowls; grandchildren, Kristina Nicole Seeger and Bianca Camille Seeger; and great-granddaughters, Kaitlyn Denise Mack and Khloe Elisabeth Mack.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Susanne Elisabeth Seeger.
