Obituary of Donna L. Brooks

CAMDEN – Donna L. Brooks, 94, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021. Born in Genesee, MI on February 5, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Kirby and Mary Monroe Hudson. Mrs. Brooks, wife of the late Gayle Brooks, was an avid Michigan Football fan and enjoyed crocheting, especially “chemo caps.”

    Surviving are her sons, Bill Brooks (Dr. Alice) of Camden, Jack Brooks (Colleen) of Ann Arbor, MI; grandchildren, Connie Sandel (Dave), Dawn Wesendahl (Thomas), Jason Brooks (Mary) Sherri Brooks (Ron Wolpert); and 8 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband; a sister, Laura Hinspeter; and brothers, Chester and Noel Hudson.  

    Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Theil-Meyer Pet Adoption Center.
