Obituary of Cynthia O. Clyburn
CAMDEN – Services for Cynthia O. “Cindy” Clyburn, 64, will be private.
Cindy passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late William Robert Clyburn Sr. and Luene Smith Clyburn. She was a graduate of Camden High School where she played in the band and she attended Columbia Commercial College. She played and coached softball for the Kershaw County Recreation Department and bowled with the Camden Women’s Bowling Association. She was a former member of the Camden Community Band and a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving are her daughter, Billie Black (Tripp) of Lugoff; son, Johnny R. “Randy” McPherson of Cassatt; sisters, Judy Stone and Deborah McPherson (Eddie); brother, William Robert Clyburn Jr. (Judy); grandchildren, Chad Black, Mallory McPherson, Jared McPherson, Johnnie McPherson and Camden McPherson; and a great-granddaughter, Charleigh McPherson.
