Obituary of John L Outten

Bishopville- A memorial service for John L. Outten, 70, will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.

    Mr. Outten passed away August 29, 2021. Born in Lugoff, he was a son of the late Mamie Outten Williams. Mr. Outten enjoyed fishing.

    Surviving are his wife, Carrie Simon Outten; daughters, Angela Hawks of Lee County, Tamala Dixon (Corey) of Florence; brother, Clifton Outten of Camden; and grandchildren, John Hawks and Caden Dixon. He was predeceased by grandchildren, Taylor Robinson, Antonio Kerson; brother, Donald Outten; and a sister, Yvonne Outten.
