LUGOFF – Charles Thomas “Chuck” Harbaugh, 71, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Born in Milwaukee, WI, he was the son of the late Albert John and Florence Stemper Harbaugh. He enjoyed reading, watching sports, and spending time with his extended family. Surviving are his sisters, Sharon Smith (Brett) of Lugoff, Sandy Smith of Las Vegas, NV; nieces, Beth Evans, Lynn Manuel, Stephanie McCracken, Stacey Smith; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Diabetes Association.
