Obituary of Phyllis Elizabeth Judy

RIDGEWAY- A graveside service for Phyllis Elizabeth Judy, 68, will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in Proctor Cemetery, St. George. The family will receive friends Monday from 5-6 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with eulogy and remarks at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Thiel-Myers Pet Adoption Center.

    Phyllis passed away May 20, 2021. Born in St. George, she was a daughter of the late Foch Lafayette Judy and Elizabeth Proctor Judy. Phyllis enjoyed boating on Lake Wateree and watching westerns, especially Gunsmoke.

    Surviving are her Life Partner of 34 years, Sylvia Derrick; and nieces, Cynthia Judy Staley, Deanie Judy Landis, Kimmie Judy, and Kristi Judy Meyer. She was predeceased by brothers, Larry Judy and Donnell Judy.
