Obituary of Mary Jean Garrison

Mary Jean Garrison, 64, of Cassatt, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. Born in Kershaw County on February 19, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Paul Jackson Twitty and Mary Ellen J. Ellis, and the wife of Nathan Wayne Garrison. Mary enjoyed trips to the beach, cooking, and caring for her family.  

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Nathan Duane Garrison, Katrina Renee Huggins (Walter), and Christy Ramirez; siblings, Denise Thomas and Walter Davis; grandchildren, Brandon Hall, Caleb Huggins, Katie Hall, Walter Dustin Davis, and Paula Davis; and great-grandchildren, Braylen Owens and Tylin Owens.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Jackson Davis.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 8, 2021, at their residence, 941A Highway 1 North, Cassatt, SC 29032.
