Obituary of John Fredric Storemski

ELGIN- John Fredric Storemski, 82, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021. Born in Windsor, Ontario, he was a son of the late John Joseph Storemski and Sadie Irene Woods Storemski. Mr. Storemski enjoyed history, carpentry and music. He served as Councilman for 16 years on the Elgin Town Council, from 1989 to 2005.  As Councilman, he worked to establish the Elgin Branch Library in 1998.

    Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Barbara Jean Storemski; children, Laura Storemski Neel and John Steven Storemski (Dandan Jia); and grandchildren, Hunter Thomas Neel, and Nina Victoria Storemski. He was predeceased by brother, Robert and David Storemski.
