CAMDEN – Funeral service to celebrate the life of Annie Laurie Sawyer-Caldwell, 82, will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Lugoff Church of God, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Tim Shirley will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Ms. Ann passed away on Friday, January 10, 2014. Annie was born in Marion County, S.C. She was the daughter of the late Eddie Mac and Edna Sawyer. She was a member of Lugoff Church of God. God has another one in heaven tickling the ivories. Surviving is her son, Leonard D. Caldwell Jr. (Janice) of Camden; grandchildren, Chris Caldwell (Amber), Keith Caldwell (Christie), Kelly Anderson (Chris), and Valen Cook (Jamie); and great-grandchildren, Ethan and Tyler Caldwell, David, Cheyenne, Dustin and Kaitlyn Anderson, and Dylan and Dallas Cook. She was predeceased by a great-grandson, Will Anderson.
