Obituary of Zulee Tidwell Peebles

Zulee Tidwell Peebles, 79, of Camden, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Born in Camden on September 9, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Lottie Hyatt Tidwell and the wife of the late David Peter Peebles, Jr. Mrs. Peebles was a member of First Baptist Church, Camden, where she sang with the Silvertone Choir. She loved to spend her time cooking, writing songs and poems, watching daytime soap operas, and enjoying the flowers and trees in her yard. She enjoyed trips to Myrtle Beach, and above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a kind and giving person who was always willing to lend a helping hand. She will be deeply missed by those that had the pleasure of knowing her.
