Obituary of Kimberly Frasier Wood

CAMDEN – A memorial service for Kimberly Frasier Wood, 58, will be held Monday, February 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with inurnment to follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The family will recieve friends prior to the serbice from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

    Mrs. Wood, wife of the late Richard “Rick” Wood, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Born in Camden, She was the daughter of Lamar Frasier and the late Nellie Wilson Busby. Mrs. Wood was a member of Camden First Baptist Church. She enjoyed swimming, going to the beach, selling items at the flea market, cooking, and decorating.

    Surviving are her sons, Patrick Greer, Sr. of Lexington, Gabriel Dustin Greer (Kara) of Lexington; father, Lamar Frasier (Perlene) of Camden; brother Herbert “Herbie” Frasier (Christie) of Camden; and grandchildren, Katherine “Katie” Greer, Noel Hydrick, Kwen Warr, Hayley Greer, Brooklyn Greer, Savannah Greer, and Lakyn Greer. She was predeceased by her mother, Nellie Busby, and a grandson, Patrick Ryan Greer, Jr.
