Obituary of Darlene Akers Riker
LUGOFF – Services for Darlene Akers Riker, 50, will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Special Olympics.
Ms. Riker passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021. Born in Myrtle Beach, S.C., she was the daughter of Ronnie Joe Blair and Angela Darlene Tyndall Cosentino. She was a loving mother to her two boys. Darlene cared for others and always made sure everyone had a hot meal. She was kind, very passionate, loved animals, had a green thumb, and displayed unconditional love for all.
Surviving are her children, Alex (Allie Williams-Rudden) and Evan Riker; grandson, Callan Scott Riker; common-law-spouse, Charlie Williams; father of her children, Jason Riker; mother, Angela T. Cosentino; father, Ronnie Blair (Trudy); siblings, Dawn Brown (Jeremy), Theresa Branham (Richard), Johnny Moseley (Janice), Tommy Moseley (Wanda), Richard Blair (Diana), Randell Blair (Bridgett), Bob Blair (Angela), Danyl Hutchens (Brian), Ronnie Blair, and Christina Maddox (B.K.). She was predeceased by her adopted parents, Kenneth R. Akers and Emily Simmons Akers; and step-father, Roger Cosentino.
