Obituary of Eloise H. Miller

CASSATT – A funeral service for Eloise Hammond Miller, 73, will held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Hebron Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mrs. Miller, wife of the late Gene A. Miller, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Born in Richland County, she was a daughter of the late Wesley Hammond, Sr. and Ada Viola Medlin Hammond. Mrs. Miller attended Mt. Hebron Freewill Baptist Church.

    She is survived by her children, Allen (Regina) Miller, Marilyn Williams, Troy (Tammy) Miller, Julie (Tom) Jones; many grandchildren, Jason Metts, Daniel Miller, Ashley Metts, Brooke Miller, Landon Miller, Matt Lee, Cody Lee, Thomas Jones, Anthony Jones, Matthew Jones, Nicole Jones, Paul Jones, Samantha Jones; great grandchildren, Madison Metts, Kinsley Metts, Jordie Metts, Owen Miller, Natalie Lee; and siblings, Frank (Wanda) Hammond, Robert Hammond, Bobby (Rita) Hammond, Billy Hammond, Pauline (Bill) Jones. She was deceased by siblings Wesley Hammond, Jr. and Louise Fletcher.
