ELGIN - A graveside service for Mary Holland Young, 73, will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, ARPF, PO Box 30783, Tucson, AZ 85751-0783. Mrs. Young passed away Saturday, November 7, 2020. Born in Camden, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Arthur Holland, Jr. and Willie Josephine Parker Holland. She enjoyed her career as a nurse, traveling with her family, and was a member of the Kershaw County Republican Women. Mary was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Surviving are her husband, Paul Lanier Young, Jr.; Jennifer Young (David) and Rachel Young Jang (Robbin); grandchildren, Dylan Young and Alexis Young; sister, Miriam Smith (Richard); and brother, Arthur Holland (Denna).
