CAMDEN – Graveside service for Lynn McCoy, 74, will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in Sumter Cemetery, Sumter, S.C. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral home, Lugoff. Mrs. McCoy passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at KershawHealth. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Ruby Deese Small. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who adored her family. She enjoyed westerns and fishing. Surviving are her husband of 56 years, James Valbert McCoy; children, Sandy Lynn McCoy Payne (Jeremy Allen), Dee McCoy Michaelson (Alan Arthur), Randy V. McCoy (Cara Braswell), and Deana McCoy Mangum (Tommy); sisters, Virginia Anderson, Sherri Bailey, and Pauline Baker; brothers, Wayne Small and Howard Small; 16 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Valbert James McCoy; brother, Olin Small and Glen Small; sister, Margaret Ann Stephens; and 2 great-grandchildren.
