LEXINGTON – Graveside service for Alma Ruth Tilley Kelly, 90, will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Mrs. Kelly, wife of the late Bruce Kelly, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Agape Hospice House in Lexington. Born in Statesville, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Charles V. and Mary Guy Tilley. She was a member of New Life Christian Outreach and a former member of Bethel Worship Center. She enjoyed crochet, knitting, cooking and designing floral arrangements. Surviving are her son, Robert Michael Scott of Lexington; daughter, Debra Jane Scott Sheheen of Columbia; step-children, Ronnie Kelly (Chris), Deborah Geddings Butler and Lynn Rogers (Howard); brothers, Doug Tilley and Guy Tilley; grandchildren, Mikea Sheheen, Rodney Wilson (Kristi), Bracken Scott and Breanna Scott; great-grandchildren, Ayden Wilson, Owen Wilson and Sims Wilson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Bob Scott; sisters, Jane Waugh and Norma Foster.
