CASSATT – A memorial service to celebrate the life of David Michael Boone, 60, will be held Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at 1819 Tidwell Town Road, Cassatt, S.C. 29032. The Rev. Marvin Jones will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Second Chance Fellowship Building Fund, 1824 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Camden, S.C. 29020. Mr. Boone passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020. Born in Chicago, IL, he was a son of Annette Posey Boone and the late S.A. Boone. Mr. Boone attended Second Chance Fellowship where he served on the security team. He was a member of the S.C. Bowling Association and enjoyed cooking and woodworking. Surviving are his wife of 37 years, Susan Tidwell Boone; daughters, Leanne Blalock (Seth) of Cassatt, Rebecca Rogall (Kurtis) of Cassatt; mother, Annette Boone of Kershaw; sister, Ann Bass (Shawn) of Kershaw; grandchildren, Bailey Rabon, Paisley Blalock, Drake Blalock, Christopher Grooms, Makenzie Grooms, Shawn Rogall; and his beloved dog, Sassy.
