LUGOFF – Services for John Charles Weeks, Sr., 87, will be private. Mr. Weeks passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020. Born in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late C.E. and Anna Montgomery Weeks. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge and Elks Lodge. He enjoyed working on old cars and lawn mowers. Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Thelma Ruth Lee Weeks; son, John C. Weeks (Carol); daughters, Pamela Vanwinkle and Kathleen Scott (Tom); sister, Genevieve Fetters (97); 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Lloyd Weeks.
