CAMDEN – Funeral services for Nora Burns, 79, will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Mrs. Burns passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2020. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of Will and Naomi (Spann) Brown. Surviving are her children, Kimberly Burns, Karen Burns and Keisha Burns; grandchildren, Nicolette Burnette (Morgan), Audrianna Peebles, Sierra Peeples, Niqua Burns, Brittaney Nicole Rhodes, Michelle Nicole Mathis, Candace Lenora Burns, and Trevor Burns; great-grandchildren, Aniya Hayes, Kaylup Barnes, Keyshon Rhodes, Amin Rhodes, Akhiya Johnson, Heaven Burns, Tracy Johnson, Jr., Chase Burns, Morgan Burnett, Jr., Logan Burnett, Kilynn Burns, Khaza Burns, Kaesyn Burns, Milani Peeples, Santana Moreau, Egypt Burns, Demi Burns, and Aubrie Gaines; siblings, Ruth Brown, Thelma Brown Hope (Jasper), Jimmy Brown (Shirley), Clarence Brown (Debbi), and Eugene Brown (LaWanda); and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Cleveland Burns; siblings, Tee Brown Lennix, Cora Brown, Steve Ellis (Marian), Johnny Brown, Willie Brown (Ruby Kay), Amelia Brown Parker (Thomas), and Dottie “Selena” Mosley (Sam).
