CAMDEN – A service to celebrate the life of Nellie Blanche Houser, 80, will be held at a later date. Mrs. Houser, wife of the late Jack Houser Jr, passed away at home on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Born in Newberry, SC, she was the daughter of the late Jenkins Luther Boozer and Marcella Padgett Croft. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are her son, Gerald W. Blanchard (Cynthia) of Lugoff; step-daughter, Jackie Hopkins (Lynn) of Camden; step-son, Brooks Houser of Camden; sister, Mary Helen Anderson; 7 grandchildren, Autum and Savannah Blanchard, Lauren Bugger (Patrick), Joshua Napper, Justin Hopkins, Laila Houser and Lucy Houser; and 2 great grandchildren, Vance Langford and PJ Bugger. She was predeceased by her step-son, Matt Houser; brother, Jessie Boozer; and her loving son, Jenkins Ronnie Dinkins. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to KershawHealth Hospice for their support and care of Mrs. Houser.
