ELGIN – A memorial service for Rosaley Germine Felkins, 55, will be held on Friday, March 20, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Felkins passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020. Born in California, she was the daughter of the late Robert Earl Cox and Rita Marie Violet Walker. She enjoyed drawing, arts and crafts. Surviving are her children, Wayne Felkins Jr (Heidi), Crystal Felkins Patton (Trey), Kimberly Cox; sisters, Rachel Bender (Joe) and Renee Gandy (Mark); brother, Robert E. Cox Jr.; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Mark Cox.
