ELGIN – Funeral service for Roberto John Rios, 67, will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at High Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be held in Fort Jackson national Cemetery. Mr. Rios passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Dulcilio and Anna Isidore Rios. He served in the United States Army. Surviving are his wife, Beverly Linea Brown Rios.
