Obituary of Janice Ruth Frazier

Ms. Frazier passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019.  Born in Bluefield, W.V., she was the daughter of the late Effort Frazier and Ruth Harrison Frazier. Janice enjoyed quilting, traveling, taking vacations and the beach. She was a member of the Power Up Girls and previous owner of Toppers Hair Design. She loved spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughters, Kristy Samuel (Otis Nikki) and Stephanie Belton (Lance); grandchildren, Jaylen Samuel, Grayson Samuel, and Weslyn Belton; step-children, Amy Riffle Gonzalez (William) and Brian Riffle; siblings, Shelby Branham, Rebecca Sadler (Johnny), Anthony Frazier (Machelle), and Phillip Sadler (Adrianne); and her beloved dog, Gigi.
