Obituary of Lucille Phillips

LUGOFF – Services for Lucille B. Phillips will be private.

    Mrs. Phillips passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.  Born in Kershaw County, she was the daughter of the late Melton and Virginia Martin Baldwin.  She was a member of Fox hill Baptist Church.  She enjoyed ceramics and crocheting.

     Surviving are her husband, Walter H. Phillips; children, Hunter Hinson, Fletcher Higgins, Randall Higgins, Amanda Parker, Felicia Phillips and Troy Lee Phillips; sisters, Myrtle Marsh and Margaret Jones; and numerous grandchildren.  She was predeceased by siblings, Ruby Murff, Bailey Martin, Ed Martin, Harry Baldwin, and Mary Gibson.
