Obituary of Shirley Branham Segars

CAMDEN- A funeral service for Shirley Branham Segars, 57, will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Mel’s Chapel, Bishopville, with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Mel’s Chapel.

    Ms. Segars passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of Dorethea Cook Branham and the late Howard Branham. Ms. Segars enjoyed shopping, gardening and cooking.

    Surviving are her sons, Williford James “Jim” Segars, Jr. of Camden, Benjamin Segars of Hartsville; siblings, Johnny Branham, Carolyn Lee, Patricia Arledge; 3 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings, Doug Branham and Leslie Branham.
