Obituary of Michael Lee Joyner

BISHOPVILLE – Michael Lee Joyner, 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7, 2019. Born in Bishopville, he was a son of the late Charles B. Joyner, Sr. and Amy Louise Bullock Joyner. Michael enjoyed fishing.

    Michael was predeceased by his wife Linda Scurry Joyner; a sister, Linda Smith; and brother, Charles B. Joyner, Jr. Surviving are his sister-in-law, Kitti Joyner; nieces, Mary E. Smith, Julie Strange; nephew, Shea Joyner (Tara); cousins, Beverly Johnson, Johnny Joyner (Jenny); and 4 great-nephews.

     A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Life Arena Ministries, 1321 Bishopville Hwy, Camden, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.
