Obituary of Anthony Moak

LUGOFF – Funeral service for Harold Anthony Moak, 60, will be held Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at El-Bethel Faith Community Church Family Life Center with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Stines will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Moak went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 3, 2013. Born in Camden, he was the son of Harold Denver and Clemmie Brown Moak. He was former owner of Moak’s Exxon, Moak’s Short Stop and Grey Fox Trucking. He enjoyed golfing softball and Gamecock Football. Mr. Moak was a member and former Deacon of El-Bethel Faith Community Church. Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Deborah Ray “Debbie” Moak; daughter, Kim Kelly (Chris) of Lugoff; Tony Moak (Kristin) of Lugoff; parents, Denny and Jake Moak of Elgin; brothers, Steve Moak (Lisa) and Mike Moak (Lisa); sister, Pam Delk (Randy); grandchildren, Bryce Kelly, Shelby Rogers, Brooke Kelly, Morgan Kelly, Roxy Moak, Rivers Moak and Lyla Moak; great-grandchildren, Cody Rogers; and 14 nieces and nephews.
