Obituary of Ashley Renee McCabe

KERSHAW – A service to celebrate the life of Ashley Renee McCabe, 37, will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Emmanuel Baptist Church Cemetery, Camden.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

    Ashley passed away peacefully on Friday, March 22, 2019.  Born in Camden, she was the daughter of Jack Eugene McCabe Jr. and Sheron Anne Hatfield McCabe.  She was employed with M&J Electrical where she was an electrician.  She was an avid Gamecock Football fan.

    Surviving are her husband, Matthew Daniel Taylor; parents, Jack and Sheron McCabe of Kershaw; children, Hailey Ann Langford, Kylar Daniel Taylor and Skylar Renee Taylor; granddaughter, Ryleigh Faith Clifton; brothers, David Alex McCabe and James Anthony Thompson (Crystal); sisters, Autumn Leeanna McCabe and Rebecca Ann Davis (Jason); maternal grandmother, Naomi Farrow; and nieces and nephews, Amberlee Davis, Kaileigh Davis, Courtney Thompson, Jordan Thompson, Landon Belk, Tatum Belk; and great-niece, Lakeyn Guzewicz. She was predeceased by brother, Channing Eugene McCabe; paternal grandparents, Jack Eugene McCabe Sr. and Hazel Patricia Ray (Rendal); maternal grandfather, Ralph Hatfield; and maternal step-grandfather, Don Farrow.
