LUGOFF – Funeral services for Jeffery Arlo Chapman, 44, will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. Dr. Mark Bredholt will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the family. Mr. Chapman passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013. Born in St. Charles, IL., he was a son of Ardith Gordon Chapman and the late Arlo Chapman. Mr. Chapman was a member of the Mustang Cobra Club and enjoyed camping, swimming, music, especially ICP, and spending time with his children. Surviving are his wife, Cynthia Jones Chapman; mother, Ardith Chapman of Lugoff; children, Kassandra and Jeffery Chapman, of Lugoff; step-children, Tyler Penland (Liz), Justin Penland (Stacie), both of Rock Hill; step-grandchildren, Braden, Gracie, and Leanna Penland; brother, John Chapman (Dee); and sisters, Jean Haimalas, Judy Gallagher (Tim), Joan Chapman (Mike Dobson), and Jennifer McCaa (Mel).
