Obituary of Jack Clifford Outen

WEST COLUMBIA- On January 4, 2019, another angel went home.

    Jack C. Outen, beloved husband, son, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend, left this painfilled world to go to his pain free eternal rest with our Lord, and his parents Cecil and Willie Mae Outen.

    Jack was a paramedic for 30 plus years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandkids.

    He leaves behind his wife, Tammy Outen; sons, Shaun Outen (Wendy), Adam Outen (Mandi), D.J. Smith (Ashley); daughter, Jennifer Sutherland (Bobby); grandchildren, Jamie and Sophie Smith; a brother, Randy Outen (Connie); a niece, Virginia Outen; and numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

   A time of gathering to remember the life of Jack and celebrate his birthday will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home.
