Obituary of Daisy G. Lyles

ELGIN- A funeral service for Daisy G. Lyles, 96, will be held Saturday, January 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Shady Grove AME, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Eric Ginyard will officiate.

    Mrs. Lyles passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018. Born in Elgin, she was a daughter of the late James Glenn and Cornelia Motley Glenn, she was a member of Shady Grove AME. She enjoyed sewing and gardening.

     Surviving are her granddaughter, TaWanna Jackson; and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by children, George Jackson, Jr., Emma Mae Jackson, Ronald J. Jackson; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers.
