Obituary of Patricia Lovett

CASSATT – Funeral service for Patricia Denise Bowers Lovett, 51, will be held on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at Gum Springs Holiness Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8 p.m. Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff.  Memorials may be made to Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital.

    Mrs. Lovett passed away at KershawHealth on Monday, November 26, 2018.  Born in Rock Hill, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Rev. William Alton and Juanita Branham Bowers.  She was a member of Gum Springs Holiness Church and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

    Surviving are her husband, Jeffrey Thomas Lovett; daughter, Nicole Garren (Christopher); step-children, Jessica Lovett and Heather Nicole Lovett; brothers, Clarence Bowers (Buffy) and Mark Bowers (Dawn); and 10 grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a brother, John “Peanut” Bowers.
