Obituary of William "Sam" Branham

LUGOFF – A memorial service for William “Sam” Branham, 78, will be held on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m., with a reception to follow at Springvale Baptist Church.  Rev. Todd Horton and Rev. Sean McElrath will officiate. Memorials may be made to Springvale Baptist Church.

    Mr. Branham passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2018.  Born in Kershaw County, S.C., he was the son of the late Ruben Branham and Hannah Reynolds Branham. Sam will be dearly missed and was loved by all. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

    Surviving is his brother, James (Nancy) Branham; sister, Irene (Bill) Hough; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Earl Branham.

    The family would like to thank the staff at Springdale Nursing Home for the care and compassion given to Sam over the last five years.
