Obituary of Martha Ann Levangie
LUGOFF – Funeral service for Martha Ann Levangie, 81, will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The Rev. Michael Leonhardt will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to St. John’s United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Levangie passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018. Born in Macon, Miss., she was the daughter of the late Ora Franklin and Ruth Wakefield Baldwin. She was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary Lake Wateree.
Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Robert Joseph Levangie; son, Donald Sutton (Martha); daughters, Lisa Levangie-Colon (Felix) and Pamela Worthy (Ray); brothers, Gene Baldwin and Glen Baldwin; sisters, Trudie Harper, Betty Craft and Geraldine Payne; grandchildren, Darren, Sarah, Jonathan, Melissa, Jermaine, Brayden, Raymond, Lisa and Michael; and great-grandchildren, Natalie, Irene and Thomas.
