Obituary of Johnny Wayne Williams

ELGIN – A memorial service for Johnny Wayne Williams, 50, will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Rev. Todd Horton will officiate.

    Mr. Williams passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018.  Born in Havre de Grace, Md., he was the son of Lacy Caleb Williams, III and Kathleen Shawgo Ellisor. Johnny was a dependable, loyal giving and loving friend to many. He loved kids, fishing, finding arrowheads and was a hard worker.

    Surviving are his daughters, Jennifer Bennett (Josh) and Crystal Lambert; 6 grandsons; siblings, Ann Harris (Ken), Libby Everette (Dale), Lacy Williams, Jr. (Rita), Stevie Williams (Dara), Tracy Ann Rushing (Roland), Barbara Ann Irvin (Bobby) and Kayla Ellisor; close nephew, Billy; 18 nieces and nephews; dog, Sheba.
