Obituary of James Lee Gardner

KERSHAW – Funeral service for James Lee “Frog” Gardner, 46, will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm. at Harmony Baptist Church in Bethune with burial to follow in the church cemetery.   Pastor Keith Hinson will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday 4-6 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

    Mr. Gardner died on Friday, October 12, 2018.  Born in Camden, he was the son of Cecil Gardner and the late Patsy Hall Gardner.  He was a top salesman for Lugoff Toyota and a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Bethune.  He loved his Harley and Gamecocks football.

    Surviving are his wife Julie Ann Willis Gardner; father, Cecil Gardner; step-son, Colin Anderson; sister, Sissy Davis (Chris); brother, Jeff Gardner (Jenay); nieces and nephews.
