To the Family of Mrs. Thompson - she was my second grade teacher in 1975-76, and I really enjoyed that year. She kept the class in line, yet she was always kind.
My heartfelt sympathy to you and all who knew her well.

The Town of Ridgeway and Mayor pay tribute to the life and service of Mrs. Thompson. She was a talented woman who gave herself to children and the arts.
Having only known her later in her life, we so enjoyed her stories about Ridgeway and her beautiful artwork that adorned the Century House for our first Arts on the Ridge.
She will be long remembered in the hearts of this community.
I regret that I will not be able to attend the ceremony as I will be out of Town. My prayers and thoughts are for the family.
Charlene N. Herring

Please remember that your loss is heaven's gain, as Mrs. Thompson has now taken up residence in her eternal home. Myrtle was always very special to me -- not only because she was an amazing, interesting and joyful woman -- but because my mother, Dorothy Sinclair Richmond, adored her older cousin and I grew up hearing many stories about them and the Sinclair family in Camden. I am so sorry that I will not be able to go to her services, but you will all be in my thoughts.

Dear sweet family of Myrtle & Larry,
I last saw Myrtle just last Friday before her death on Monday and felt then that the Lord was about ready to call her home.
As most of you know, we feel that we were almost part of your big family as we have so many happy memories of parties, wedding & anniversary receptions, etc. at the Thompsons' big beautiful home. Myrtle was one of the most talented and creative people we've ever known - an artist ,musician, cake decorator, hostess, etc.
Please know that all of you are in our prayers, but we know that Myrtle is no longer suffering and is now enjoying a reunion with Larry and her sister, Elizabeth.
Love,
"Hooty" and Regina Noble

Dear Family,
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Thompson. Although Mrs. Thompson was my favorite customer at First Palmetto, I considered her a friend. She aften talked about her children and grandchildren with so much love it shone from her eyes. I know you will miss her terribly as I will but we can rest assured she is in a place much better than this old earth. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.
God Bless,
Patti Moak

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Death is an enemy. The Almighty God promises that he will get rid of this enemy once and for all. The Bible teaches: "As the last enemy, death will be brought to nothing." (1Corinthians 15;26) Also, Isaiah 25:8 says; "He will actually swallow up death forever and will certainly wipe the tears from all faces." I hope this message will help you cope with the loss of your loved one.
